Study focus: Urta Chirchik (February-October, 2021)

In Orta-Chirchik district of Tashkent region, on the basis of the principle "Mahalla raisi - reformer" on February 28-October 26, 2021, the following works were carried out.

             Research by Mahallabay and Honadonbai identified 2,508 problems and issues, 1,910 of which were resolved on the spot. The rest were included in the roadmap and their implementation was monitored. Initially, the focus was on improving infrastructure. The working group identified 268.2 km of renovated streets and 207.5 km. (107.2 km of gravel and 100.3 km of asphalt).

             In particular, 1 km of roads in the Yangiabad MFY and 2 km of the Kuchlik MFY, included in the village development program, were asphalted.

             6.2 km of sidewalks were built on the 6-7 km section of the 4R 19 Nurafshan-Piskent highway and 3 traffic lights were installed. In addition, 1 traffic light was installed on section 4 of the R-2 highway passing through the Gulistan makhalla, and 1 traffic light on the section passing through mahalla Karasuv.

             32,040,000 smart electronic electricity meters were installed, 186 reinforced concrete poles TETK were installed, 8 km of repaired wires were replaced with self-supporting insulated wires, 10 transformer stations were installed, 3 transformers were installed. In addition, 2 transformer substations with a capacity of 160/10 kVA were purchased to unload transformers TP- 182, TP-348 in Toshlock and Khalkobod MFYa.

             To the current state of improving gas supply, 12.0 km of gas networks and 550 gas distribution points were repaired, 30 441 or 100% of electronic meters were installed, gas pipelines with a diameter of 159 mm were laid at a distance of 2000 meters worth 95 million soums to improve gas supply in the Kuchlik mahalla.

             12.5 km of gas pipelines have been laid from Bektemirskaya SDPP to the makhallas of Ortasaray, Toshlok, Chegara, A. Yulbarisov, Kokmoin, and the pressure of natural gas in the houses of this makhalla has been increased. In addition, modern crime prevention cameras have been installed in 2 makhallas (Turkestan, Sholikor).

             By order of Tashkent Water Supply LLC, the Orta branch of the Chirchik region was created, located in the building of the former Center for Public Services on the Tashkent-Bekabad road. With the participation of the working group, a project for the reconstruction of a drinking water pipeline serving 2 thousand people in the Pakhtaabad mahalla was put into operation.

             The part of the Karasuv River that flows through the area was cleared with the help of 61 employees of the Ministry of Water Resources, 27 vehicles and 2.5 km.

             Construction work has been resumed in 2 schools and 1 kindergarten, the construction of which is ongoing. To date, more than 27 builders have been involved, the construction of 1 school and 1 kindergarten has been completed.

65 heads of cattle, 5233 sheep and 1022 sewing machines were handed over to the townspeople, especially in the office, 62 greenhouses were built. 42 service facilities were commissioned. 41.6 billion soums have been allocated for this work.

At the labor fair, which took place on March 3, about 105 hectares of land were transferred to the unemployed, 15 heads of cattle and 164 sheep (390 million soums) were issued on credit. In addition, 360 unemployed and hard-to-reach persons were sent for retraining, including 236 unemployed women.

             As a result of the work done in the "Iron Book", Practical assistance was provided to 1818 out of 2,300 families and removed from notebooks. To date, 482 families remain in the registers.

             All 2,298 women included in the first stage of the “women's notebook” received practical assistance and were removed from the “women's notebook”.

In the second stage of the “women's notebook” 2058 women were included, and all 2058 women were included from the “women's notebook”.

             1,728 people were entered into the Book of Youth, of which 1,612 people were provided with practical assistance and removed from the Book. Currently, 116 young people work in the youth office.

             In addition, 460 million soums have been allocated from the Sakhovat Va Komak Fund for the social and economic support of families in Iron Daftar (currently 400 million UZS have been allocated from the Sakhovat Va Komak Fund).

             In order to attract young people to different ideas, crime and delinquency prevention, events were held in 62 schools, in which 8000 students took part.

In the region, sponsors at the expense of the Red Crescent provided a one-time material assistance in the amount of 58.3 million soums to women in difficult life situations, who are in the office of 55 women.

             In addition, 120 families listed in the Iron Book received incubator equipment at the expense of the Sakhovat va Komak Foundation to create a permanent source of income.

             62 computers (printers) and webcams were delivered to all communities. As a result, it becomes possible to hold meetings at a distance.

             The construction of 23 mahalla buildings that do not have their own buildings has begun, 22 of which have been repaired (Yangi Turmush, Yungichkoli, Mustakillik, Faizobod, Dustlik, Tarakkiet, Tinchilik, Kushdaryo, Kunduzak, Yorkulik, Bugulik, Bugulik, Bugulik, Chegulik., Chegulik.). Hwa, Faravon, Adolat MFYs, Usmon ota MFYs), 1 of which (Sada-Argin MFY) is under construction.
